With 165 facilities and 9,800 employees, the Evangelische Heimstiftung is the largest care company in Baden-Württemberg. It gears its services to the circumstances of older people and those in need of care and assistance, and focuses on their individual wishes and needs.
CHALLENGE
No industry has been more talked about since the Corona pandemic, and with the announcement of mandatory vaccinations, some layoffs of nursing employees were expected. The Evangelische Heimstiftung wanted to counteract this and create awareness for the professions in its facilities. The campaign was primarily intended to appeal to lateral entrants and those returning to the company.
